Can an Evangelist’s prayer with tearless wailings and raised hands heal terminal diseases?

I live in India and I see local Evangelists in TV parading a few with testimonials of being cured of terminal diseases thanks to his closeness with Jesus and Holy Ghost. Should not an enlightened Government ban these misleading tall claims to save its people? Why not the legal fraternity takes cudgels with these commercial ‘Blessings Brokers’?
