Five of my friends want to rent a place, can we make this work?

My five friends and I our looking to rent a place. We will be making around 500 every 2 weeks. So for the month we our looking at around 5,000 in all. We our factoring about 2000 rent for the house that we might be getting. We then wore going to get a three and one deal on phone/internet/cable. I factored that to be around 100 dollars.( that might be to low.) Then I am planing on my car payment of 200 dollars. Gas I am look at around 100 for all of us every 2 weeks. ( one does not drive) Food and drinks I am looking at around 200 for the month. I do not know if water or electric will be included in the price. Am I missing something big, or do I have it all covered? So we our looking at around 2,300 left. That just seems like we have more then we need to for the mounth left? I need feedback on if this is going to work or if anyone feels that I am asking to munch. Pluss after me and my three friends start school/college, we will only be making arond 300 a week. Leaving us with way less and I have a feeling that it will not work out? Can anyone give me some help?
