Basiclly my fiancee would let me make all the moves because he didn't want force me in to anything or push me away and over time we talked about what we'd like to do and what we were comfortable with. We basiclly didn't do anything without talking about it first, this made things easier to an extent (i mean you still get nervous no matter how much you talk about it). Anyhow just let things happen and try to read her hints thats the biggest thing that guys need do and remember every girl is different. Also she may want to keep her panties up just in case someone walks up and catches you guys or to help her mentally keep a restrain on her actions. Hope this helps.
