Shaved head but hairy neck?

I have a hairy neck but I want to shave my head...but if i didnt shave my neck (id have to use a handheld razor) would it look retarted? Or would I just have to deal with using a handheld razor and shave my neck every 3-4 days? Ive done it before but the razor always cuts the back of my neck what should I do? Will it look dumb if i dont shave the back of my neck?
