Should biotechnology and/or human enhancement considered a good thing?

I think so because it'll mean cheaper food,better,longer and more fulling lives.I believe Transhumanism is the answer after all. I mean after all,how many people whom are disabled really want to, at least deep down,want to be normal. As I believe Albert Einstein would have been even more smarter without his disabilities,aspergers excluded as well.
