What is the best [cheap] brand of shingles to go with when having our roof replaced? GAF or CertainTeed?

CertainTeed has has many problems with roofing over the years. I built my house 5 years ago, and I used GAF 30 year architectural shingles. They still look great, and none have needed to be replaced (I go up and check every year). I live in Wisconsin, so temperature extremes are common. They have held up nicely. Hope this helps.
