Who should I pick up in week 3's NFL fantasy waiver wire?

im going for manningham,knox and MAYBE robinson but the rams are terrible,so how much can he really do for us? and for the 3rd one go with DHenderson.....for the RB out of those 3 pick Buckhalter this week,he is going up against the browns.
