Abrasion/Raw skin on ?

I have this weird abrasion/raw skin on my that kind of dark in the center and pink towards the outside. I masturbate from time to time, but not like more than 3 times a week (I don't use any type of a lubricant, maybe that's why this is happening?). The area kind of stings a little bit when it is in contact with something like rubbing up against my jeans, boxers, etc. I'm not ually active, nor have I been in the past. It also has been this way since the end of May, so I need to know what can I do to make this "sore spot" go away because it is causing me a lot of distress.
