Is my friendship really good? (Pls read description)?

I am 14yr old boy. I am really very best friend with a girl(very good and descent) who is about the same age. We are really the best buddies. We have been the best from about 3 years. We both actually top the cl in both studies and other activities. We just go to Shopping holding each other's hands(parents has no objection as they know that we are the best friends). This time around we have been awarded the best friends award by our institution. Once when I had been ill she came to hospital with some eatables and while leaving she just kissed my forehead saying "Get well soon my dear"(I dont know whether she did it right or wrong. I didnt feel anything pls say if its right or wrong.) We just go to the school together holding each others hand as our houses are nearby to each other. So I want to know how good this friendship is to me(Pls dnt talk about dating and other things cos we are friends nt THAT). I found this forum just days before and want to know how good my friendshp is?
