Need a cheap dial up isp?

My isp is $6/mth and it isn't a bad isp except that every few hours (it's supposed to be every 4 hours) it disconnects me for a minute and then I have to start all over again. Not a good thing right now because I am looking for a free anti virus program but they all say (in the little box that pops up) that it will take 13 - 20 hours to download! Remember, this is dial up. Don't have the money for dsl or anything like that. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
