Help with Indiana WH-4 Form state withholding.?

If you are single, and have no children, you can claim 0 or 1. Depending on your employer, you may be able to claim more than that (I had an employer that allowed me to claim 99 for short periods of time throughout the year). The higher you claim on your W-4 the higher your paycheck will be and the lower your refund will be.
