I dropped my Flip Ultra HD now it won't turn on?

Like 30 minutes ago, It fell off the desk. I spent all this time searching for answers, took out the batteries, put new ones in. I tried finding the reset on in the tripod thing and I cant find it. My moms gonna kill me if she finds out because she payed for it :x Can anyone help me?
