Im getting a rabbit!!!! what do i need?!?!?

im getting a rabbit in 3 weeks!!! woot! im adopting him or her from my local animal shelter. I was just wondering what kind of stuff i need? it will be living outside in a nice rabbit hutch that i just bought and put together (took me 3 hours lol). is there anything I need to do extra because it will be living outside? in Minnesota lol? and then do they need vaccines for rabbies or anything? or any kind of visits to the vet? any tips or advice will be loved! thank you!
