You could possibly have bronchitis. Is your phlegm clear or green? If green, then it's bacterial & you need antibiotics. If clear, it's viral & antibiotics won't help. It's Spring so it could possibly be allergies. You may want to try some over the counter allergy medicine. If it doesn't clear up within another week, I'd go see a Dr.
